About Colards Motorsport

Colards Motorsport was established in 2001 by Clive Richards, a front-runner in Caterham racing for over 15 years. Today, Richards and his team of experienced race engineers and mechanics provide comprehensive technical and engineering support to drivers in the extremely competitive world of Caterham and Ginetta racing. The West Sussex-based team also provides driver training plus technical support for today’s growing band of track-day enthusiasts.

What Colards Motorsports can do for you

Full vehicle pre-race preparation

Your race car will be stored and maintained at our well-equipped, secure facilities. Before a race, the vehicle will be thoroughly checked and tuned to have the perfect settings for each particular circuit based on our knowledge gathered over seven years of racing at the front of the grid. It will then be transported to the circuit for you to test or race. All you need to do is turn up and drive!

Full vehicle and driver race support

Colards Motorsport’s experienced hands will take care of all race-day preparation. Your car will be scrutineered and even taken into the assembly area on your behalf, while any mechanical or accident issues will be rapidly resolved on-site, leaving you to focus on mental preparation and enjoying the experience. Race-craft tips and driving advice are available throughout a race weekend.
